Laconia village bakery was established in 1993 By Ellen Giguire. She had a passion for baking which keep the business alive under her ownership for many years. Since Ellen, there have been 3 other owners of the bakery through the years. The current owner and baker of the bakery now is Rachael Marsh. Her passion has always been baking since she was about three years old. Her fondest memories of baking are with her great grandmother. They would get together and make yeast risen donuts, breads and pastries. Rachael took ownership in 2016 and plans to stick around for a long time. “All I ever wanted to do was bake in a place where I got to know my customers! My dream has come true! ”
